Write to swipeable.support@gmail.com. It is read by the person who made the app.
If you are reporting something that went wrong, the version number helps — it is at the bottom of the app's About screen. The app's Report a problem button fills it in for you.
Questions people ask
Where do my exported posts go?
To your camera roll, as numbered images in carousel order, so they upload in the right sequence. The caption goes to your clipboard at the same time, ready to paste, and to a text file beside the images.
Why is my slide with a video in it not exporting?
Slides that contain video export as video, and that is what Swipeable Pro unlocks. Everything else — photos, layouts, crops, text — is free and unlimited. Clips can be added, trimmed and watched without paying; you are asked only at export.
I bought Swipeable Pro and it is not showing
Open the export sheet, tap the unlock, and choose Restore. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and works on every device you sign in to. If that does not bring it back, write to us with the Apple receipt and it will be sorted.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes, entirely — apart from buying Swipeable Pro, which needs to reach Apple. Composing, previewing and exporting never use the network.
I deleted a photo from my camera roll — is my post broken?
No. Photos are copied into the app when you add them, so posts survive your camera roll being cleared out.
How many slides can a post have?
Twenty, which is what a carousel takes.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. There is no account, no upload and no server — see privacy.
